Describe the challenges communities face in the delivery of community services in aiding the older population, and discuss current legislation that affects the delivery of these services. What type of new legislation would you propose to assist community services aid the older population? Do living facilities aimed at assisting the older population (assisted living, nursing homes, adult-only communities) support this population in the full continuum of care? Justify your response.
