I would be curious to know everyone’s thoughts on the matching of psychosocial stages to decades of life. Specifically, I would like it if you could pick a stage and discuss how appropriate you think it is in terms of placement in Erikson’s original model and in Capps’ new model. For example, do you think the stage of generativity vs. stagnation makes more sense earlier in adulthood or in the age 60-69 decade?
