This part of your assignment
is to serve as continuity to your Marketing Plan Report. It will contain the
following information:

1.
Marketing goals and
Objectives: These are your translated accomplishments you intend to achieve
with the help of your marketing plan. In this section you have to spell out in
detail exactly what you intend to do.

2.
Marketing Strategy:
Describing what is to be done to reach your objectives and goals. Your strategy
may be differentiating your product from competition, segmenting your target
market, positioning your over the competition, carving and defending certain
niche’; basically marketing strategy is What – to – do section.

3.
Marketing Tactics: Just
as the strategy is delineating what you must do to reach your objectives,
marketing tactics focus on how you will carry out your strategy. Normally these
tactical actions are described in terms of Marketing Mix or the 4 P’s.

4.
Implementation and
Control: Presenting your sales projection; cash flows on monthly for a three
year period.
