Biography paper should be a biographical sketch of a famous composer or performer from any area or era within the scope of the course. It should be a minimum of 5 double-spaced pages of actual research on one of the suggested topics below utilizing at least four sources. The sources should be documented within the paper and listed in a works cited page using the MLA format.
All information that is paraphrased, quoted, or that you did not previously know should have the source documented within the paper by having the author or site in parenthesis at the end of the information. Papers without proper documentation will not be graded. Papers should be in a standard word document format: double-spaced with no larger than a 12pt font.
