In previous assignments, you have selected a partner and chosen a book from the management/leadership shelves. For your final presentation, summarize the major concepts presented in the book. Describe how this book can apply to nursing as a profession and to your future practice as a nurse. What messages are useful, and what messages are not? How did this book change your ideas about leaders or leadership?
Your presentation should be in the form of a PowerPoint presentation. Post it to this discussion board. You will facilitate discussion around your presentation, providing questions and prompts and answering questions from your peers. Provide at least two thought-provoking questions to engage your peers in conversation.
