Behavioral research: pet therapy & sexually abused
children
-Create a statement of the problem (tells what the study is
about and why we are doing it) for a hypothetical research study utilizing
descriptive research methods for sexually abused children and pet therapy. The
age group of the children participating in the study will be between 10-12
years old. There will be approximately 20-25 children in the study. The type of
dogs used in the study will be Golden Retrievers since they are often used as
therapy dogs due to their calm demeanor, gentle disposition, and friendliness
to strangers.
