Healthcare organizations can deal with challenges
Consider facilities closing or merging in order to survive
because of the changes in the economy. Health care is a highly competitive
business. Our text states: Managed care coverage now appears to drive the
provision of care, because facilities are reluctant to offer what is not
funded. The result has been a corporate system that might not meet the needs of
the individual consumer or the community at large.
What can we do to deal with the challenges and teach those
around us how to deal with these challenges?
