In 1–2 paragraphs, describe issues and trends that affect
health informatics. What is the current state of affairs in in general? For
example, most facilities have implemented an electronic health record system,
but interoperability with their other systems may be an issue. As a nursing
informaticist change agent, how can you address these types of concerns in your
field?
