You have been hired to lead a software project to
design a Library Management System (LMS) for your local library at Jonesville.
The library has been managed manually using written documentation to track
books. Given the growth of Jonesville population, a software system to better
manage the library is now needed. Your project submission should include the
following (all in one document):

A business letter addressed to the board of the
Jonesville Library introducing the contents of the document

A feasibility summary that includes the following:

A description of the Jonesville Library business
·
A description of the current system
·
A summary of the problems faced by the library
·
A summary of the system you propose to solve the
problems including the hardware and software requirements
·
The estimated costs and timeframe for the system to
be designed and implemented
The report should be a minimum of 2–3 pages in
length (excluding the title page and business letter) and neatly formatted.
