Project risk management (1 page):This section should reflect on the major
project risks and it should also list plans to alleviate or control them.
Most project risks should include the likelihood of them occurring as
well. A risk registeris a line item of risks and their
counter measures of prevention. This should be included.

Project costs (1 ½ pages):This section should reflect all of the costs
that will be incurred for the project

1. Project budget: Include an Excel spreadsheet (could be
included as part of your appendix section later) of a line item budget that
includes salaries, supplies, equipment and overhead costs.

2. A budget narrative:This is a narrative of the line items that
appear on your project budget that explains why they are budgeted in to your
project budget.

1. Additional financial statements: This part is optional but if included,
should include a profit and loss statement, an annual report, or a listing of
funding options.
