painting. Keep in mind how the painting illustrates the conversion of the
Pharisee Saul to Christianity. It is the moment when he becomes the disciple
Paul. What is the mood of the painting? What are the formal elements trying to
convey (the lighting, the color, the space, the focal point)? How does this
painting differ from paintings you have studied in the Renaissance era?
Question 2 Modern World History: What do you think most
people don’t know but should know about China’s history?
Question 3 History and Impact of the Internet: How has
the Internet and social media like Facebook and Twitter contributed to social
awareness, particularly in some recent cases in developing countries? Is the
influence of social media a good or bad thing?
