High-Level Work Breakdown
Complete the following:
Create a work breakdown structure using the PMI numbering
scheme as shown on page 196 of the Information Technology Project Management
text.
Enter the structure into MS Project as illustrated by Fig.
5.4 on page 199 in the Information Technology Project Management text.
Review the High-Level Work Breakdown Scoring Guide to ensure
you meet all evaluation criteria.
The team leader must submit this assignment to the
assignment area. Include a comment indicating the name of the team.
Each team member must also submit to the assignment area,
but instead of uploading the assignment, indicate in the comment section that
the team leader has uploaded the work breakdown and that you approved the
submission. You can also submit your own version with a short explanation.
Include the name of the team leader and the name of the team in your
submission.
As you complete your assignment with your team, participate
in this unit’s Scope Creep discussion to delve deeper into the issue of scope
creep.
