Imagine a situation in which you have to teach a skill or concept to a person or animal. Describe the teaching process in reflection of a theory in learning (operant conditioning, classical conditioning and/or observational learning). What techniques, from these learning theories, might you use to most effectively train someone to master a new skill or behavior? Explain the form of learning you utilize in your example and any key factors necessary to ensure it’s success.
