- In this unit, you looked at the behavioral view of personality. Many theorists were included in this discussion, including George Kelly and Albert Bandura. For this discussion, provide an overview of either Bandura’s or Kelly’s theory of personality development. Describe two ideas from the theory that you believe makes the most sense. Explain why you came to this conclusion.
