Briefly provide an overview of the problem, a detailed
description of how it impacts your community (statistics, financial data,
research, interviews), how it is being addressed by the government or any
non-governmental organizations (NGOs) such as welfare agencies, charities,
churches, etc. If it is not being adequately addressed, describe a plan to
address it. Basically, paint a detailed picture of the problem in your
community and how it can be addressed. You are strongly encouraged to interview
or seek info from those in the community who are dealing with the problem such
as police, charities, etc.
