Grading Rubric
Select a current health care leadership issue that requires you, a prospective leader, to make critical decisions about. For example, the future of primary care, the impact of Healthcare Reform, or providing quality services with less to name a few. Provide a brief overview of the issue; then as an emergent leader, take a position of the issue and defend your decision in light of your leadership philosophy. The length of the assignment should be 3-4 pages and include a cover page, introduction, body paragraphs, conclusion, and reference page (these do not count towards the 3-4 page length requirement) all formatted in correct APA style.
