Community and health strategies
1. Identify a community health issue using health people
2010 health indicators.
2. Review nursing model using Watson`s theory of human
caring and describe the application of this theory to the community health
nursing role in addressing this issue.
3. Identify the vulnerable population affected by this and
include an explanation of their vulnerability.
4. List the recommended priorities and strategies including
tools, community agencies, and additional resources one would use to improve
this issue.
