“Life Languages Personal/Professional Analysis” Paper
One of the requirements for your Life Languages Project is to write a three-full-pages
“Life Languages Personal/Professional Analysis” paper. Please make sure that your
paper is at least three full pages. If it is 2 ½ pages in length, for example, in fairness to
all students, you would not receive as many points as the students who actually submit a
paper that is at least three full pages.
Your paper should contain a thoroughly detailed and well organized discussion
that provides answers to questions that are listed below. (When writing your paper,
create a different section that provides answers to each of the four questions below.
Do NOT type the questions. DO type the section number and then your response.)
For example: Section 1: This section should contain a discussion about what you
learned regarding question #1 below, etc.) When you complete your paper you should
have four sections of information typed.
Section 1: What have you learned about yourself through your personalized Life
Languages profile that will assist you in communicating more effectively with others in a
manner that helps to create positive, productive, harmonious interactions in any
environment?
Section 2: How will the information you learned from reading your personalized Life
Languages Profile and from other materials presented about the Life Languages assist
you in demonstrating higher levels of emotional intelligence and social intelligence?
Section 3: Everyone communicates through the 7 Life Languages. However, we all
relate to others differently, simply because each person’s individual set of Life Languages
is uniquely different from the profiles of others. From a manager’s standpoint, how
will your knowledge about the 7 Life Languages assist you in making better decisions
about leading, motivating, and appreciating the differences in various employees.
Section 4: What have you learned about yourself as well as others from this project that
will assist you in becoming a more successful ” 21st century manager”?
NOTE: When making comments in your paper, feel free to refer back to the
“Effective Business Communications–The Life Languages Way” document that you
read earlier. As you know, it is also located in the Course Document section in
Ecampus.
*Your three-pages paper should be double spaced and typed with a size 12 font.
