Organizational Culture
1- Identify and select an organizational structure that will
be used to accommodate an American compan`s (plastic manufacturer) expansion in
Thailand. Identify the pros and cons of various structures potential structures
and provided academically or professionally supported justification for best
structure.
2- Identify the primary challenges that an American
manufacturing company will face in creating a cross-cultural organization in
Thailand. Recommend strategies to overcome these challenges in sufficient depth
and scope. Provided academically and/or professionally supported justification
for the recommendation
3- Assess the impact of cultural differences on
responsiveness to change. Provided strategies that could be used to overcome
resistance to change based on the groups involved in the change.
