Primary Group: An example of a primary group is a my family. My family represent both personal and emotional bonds. We often spend a significant time together which allows them to support, courage and motivate eachother. We are connected for a lifetime and are significant to each others growth.
Secondary Group: An example of a secondary group is a persons place of employment. When employees come together in a mutual location for the purpose of starting or completing a task. The supervisors lead their employees by having an arrangement or outline that highlights the expectations and requirements that are expected from each employee. The goal of the structured environment is to fulfill a predetermined assignment.
