In preparation for this Forum visit http://www.outofservice.com/bigfive/ and take the short quiz, which assesses the five areas of the Big 5 Trait Theory of Personality. You will be asked about your perception of yourself in a variety of situations. When you have completed the quiz, you will be given a report on how you score in each of the five areas of personality.
