The Plan: Next, you will create two plans – one for personal development, and one for professional
development. For each plan, you will come up with two goals – these will likely be the goals
you chose in Week 2. Next, list the skills you need to reach each of these goals, and then come
up with ideas and strategies for self-directed coaching (see page 28 of the EI textbook),
emotional mentoring (see pages 26-27 of the EI textbook), and active imagination (see page 29
of the EI textbook). (Approximately 500 words)
