Need help with these two questions:
- Police departments across the country are increasing the duties given to non-sworn staff such as the community service officers. Do you believe this to be a positive trend? Why or why not?
- There are no “non-lethal” police weapons, only “less-than-lethal”. What less-than-lethal alternatives that you have studied seem effective? What are the dangers of less-than-lethal devices? Is there any single, best-choice?
