I have a 1000 word essay due on physician-assisted suicide and the ethical theory of deontology or utilitarian. Which one would you say applies better to physician-assisted suicide and why? We had to come up with a ethical question in week one, my ethical question was “does an individual who knows that they are going to die and days leading up to that death will be in horrible pain, have the right to physician-assisted suicide? We have to apply the ethical theory to the question.
