When trial consultants become involved in high-profile cases, simple things like a juror questionnaire (filled out by prospective jurors who may be impaneled for the actual trial) can become a mammoth task. The O.J. Simpson questionnaire was 302 multiple-part questions covering everything from demographics to attitude statements to preferred television programs.

- You are giving a personal opinion – there are no right or wrong answers
- Remember to exercise respect – a disrespectful posting or response to another student’s posting can earn you a zero for the week
- Grammar and sentence structure are important and part of the grade
