High-performance team
Respond to the following scenario:
•Describe a real or fictional scenario where you were a
member of a virtual or self-managed team. Identify how this team could have
functioned more effectively or efficiently, based on what you learned from your
studies of Organizational Behavior.
•Identify and describe at least two OB strategies that you
would recommend to help a newly-created virtual or self-managed team become a
high-performance team.
