In “Why No More 9/11s” Timothy Noah presents eight theories
that try to explain why the United States homeland has not witnessed another
terrorist attack on the scale of 9/11. Which theory do you find most
convincing? Why? Please reference another academic source in support of the
theory that you choose, and explain how it strengthens that theory. Your answer
must be 200-250 words long, spell-checked, and reference at least two academic
sources, of which only one may be one of the assigned readings.
